What is this Panko Bread Crumb Making Machine Used for?

Panko is a variety of flaky bread crumb used in many cuisines as a crunchy coating for fried

foods, such as onion rings.

It is made from bread baked by passing the electric current through the dough placed in the

plastic box of Baking Machine’s Trolley, yielding bread without crusts, then crushing the bread into bigger sizes bread crumbs.

It has a crisper, airier texture than most types of breading made by Extruder and resists absorbing oil or grease when fried, resulting in a lighter coating. Outside Japan, its use is becoming more popular in both Asian and non-Asian dishes:

Explain the different of the Extruded and Panko Bread crumbs:

PANKO(Japanese bread crumbs) is a traditional bread-making speed-up, made into bread bricks, and then air-cured-crushed and dried before use.

(Panko)Fermented bread crumbs are bread crumbs that are made of high-gluten flour and are crushed and dried. They are characterized by the flavor of bread, good taste after frying, good color, low oil absorption, and can be evenly coated. Fried products are not easy to fall off, and can be colored according to the time of the food ingredients (for example: the fried chicken nuggets and chicken thighs have different frying times, so the breadcrumbs are required to be colored differently).

Extruded Bread crumbs are directly extruded and pulverized using flour, etc., or directly puffed into small flakes of CRUMBS.

Extruded Breadcrumbs refers to small crumbs or flakes similar to bread crumbs produced by an extruder. It is characterized by a hard and brittle taste, a chewy feeling, an uneven appearance, and a taste and flavor that is not as good as PANKO. The oil absorption rate is slightly higher than that of fermented bread crumbs (PANKO), but the production cost is low, the equipment investment is small, and the production is relatively simple
