Product Description

The twin-screw extruder is mainly composed of a feeding system, an extrusion system, a cutting system, a heating system, a lubrication system and a control system. The feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system all adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which has strong drive, stable performance and energy saving. The screw is made of alloy material and processed with special technology. It has high strength, wear resistance and long service life. The barrel adopts water-cooling circulation, so the extruder can be used not only for corn and rice, but also for high-viscosity raw materials such as wheat flour and starch. Through different wet extrusion temperature ratios, different types of fully expanded and semi-expanded products can be made.

The working principle of the twin-screw extruder is as follows: the raw materials are put into the feed port of the screw frame, and as the screw rotates, the raw materials are gradually pushed forward. During the advancement process, the raw materials are brought to the lower compression area by the threaded wheel groove of the screw. In this area, the grooves of the screw gradually become shallower, causing the raw material to be pressurized and heat generated. Next, the raw materials enter the threaded mixing area of the screw, where the threaded channel shape mixes the raw materials evenly and heats them to a molten state. Then, the raw material begins to enter the threaded conveying area of the screw, which pushes the raw material forward and forms a continuous threaded screw to extrude the molten raw material.

The twin-screw extruder can mix the molten plastic more effectively and evenly, providing better material performance and product quality.
